Alkalizing Green Smoothie

There is no doubt about it… this smoothie just tastes “green”. While it may not be as delicious as your typical green smoothie, this alkalizing green smoothie is full of great pH balancing vegetables for those post holiday party Monday mornings.

Try and drink this immediately after blending.

Alkalizing Green Smoothie

1/2 cucumber
2″ chunk of fennel
1 lemon – peeled
2 stalks celery
few stems of bok choy
chunk of ginger – optional for taste

Blend with ice or water and enjoy immediately!

      You totally could juice this! I just like the added fiber from smoothies :)

    Because it’s blended and more filling. Juicing removes all of the pulp and fiber
